JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Security Officer
Salary: ₦70,000 monthly
Location: Yaba / UNILAG Environs, Lagos
Job Summary
We are looking for a Security Officer to help protect people, property, and company assets in the Yaba / UNILAG area. The job is simple and requires someone who is alert, honest, and ready to work.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Guard and protect the building and environment
* Control entry and exit of people and vehicles
* Check visitors before allowing them in
* Report any strange or suspicious activity
* Make sure doors, gates, and offices are locked properly
* Keep simple daily records of what happens during duty
* Follow instructions from supervisors
Requirements
* Must be responsible and trustworthy
* Must be physically fit and alert
* Ability to read and write basic English
* Previous security experience is an advantage (but not compulsory)
* Must live around Yaba or UNILAG environs or be ready to work there
Working Conditions
* Shift work (day or night duty)
* Must be ready to stand and move around during duty hours
Salary
₦70,000 per month
