Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining proper documentation.
Applicants must reside within the Lekki/Ajah axis and be ready to resume immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare, type, and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and official communication professionally.
Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure proper record keeping.
Organize meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes when required.
Coordinate office activities and provide general administrative support.
Manage confidential information with discretion.
Assist with travel arrangements and logistics when necessary.
Requirements
Must reside within the Lekki / Ajah axis.
Must possess either an HND or B.Sc degree.
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role is an added advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
