• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the store, including sales, customer service, stock management, and social media engagement. This role requires a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can work independently, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

  • Welcome and assist customers, offering styling and product recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Process cash and POS transactions accurately and maintain proper records.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

Store Operations & Inventory Management

  • Open and close the store daily according to company procedures.
  • Monitor and report on stock levels, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Assist in periodic stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales and stock reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Track all transactions and stock movements accurately.
  • Support audit and handover procedures when required.

Social Media & Brand Engagement

  • Manage Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and other social platforms for the store.
  • Create and post engaging product photos, videos, and promotional content.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and process online or social media orders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/NCE/HND/BSc in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business).
  • Honest, organized, and dependable.
  • Ambitious and willing to contribute to the brand’s growth.
