Main Purpose
Determining project scope, create work schedules and estimate the resources and costs to deliver
the projects.
Main Responsibilities
Developing & tracking POW and schedules.
Develop and maintain risk register.
Developing comprehensive and detailed procurement plan based on the project schedules.
Preparing a project resource delivery plan (material and equipment) in‐line with the project
schedule.
Organizing, documenting and tracking action points in Periodic Project Meetings with all
stakeholders in attendance.
Supporting the execution team through ensuring that actual work progress closely reflects
the planned progress.
Periodic communication of the project performance/progress report to the client as
required.
Analysis of work schedule to ascertain change/delay impact on the timeline and developing
mitigation strategy against the delay effect on the timeline.
Contributing to the development of Project Management Office (PMO) through refining the
existing workflows.
Maintain Program Trackers, such as those for Action Items, as requested by the program
managers.
Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

MS Project with years of experience in project execution.
Good knowledge of scheduling computer tools (i.e. Primavera, Microsoft Project).

Requirements
Bachelor degree preferably in engineering, or Quantity survey with professional experience
supported with applicable certification
Proven experience in project planning (1–2 years’ Experience).
