Job Title: HR Supervisor
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR Management including leadership or strategic HR responsibilities.
Salary: ₦250,000 Monthly
Other Benefits: HMO and Leave Allowance
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
* Lead recruitment and selection processes
* Develop and implement HR policies.
* Oversee performance management and staff development.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
* Manage and supervise Payroll Administration.
* Coordinate employee training and development programs.
* Strong communication, coordination and maintain a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications and Experiences:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related fields;
* Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR or equivalent are highly preferred.
* Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR Management including leadership or strategic HR responsibilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
* Proven experience in Payroll Administration, including salary processing, statutory remittances and payroll compliance.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
