JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving sales to achieve organizational targets. This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships. The position is target-driven and offers a hybrid work structure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Promote and sell the company’s financial and securities products to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–4 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably within the financial services or securities industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Professional certifications in finance or investment will be an added advantage.
